The One with Kathy

Today on Chattin' with Coach Amy, I talked with Kathy, a fellow THM coach. I got to spend time with her at this year's THM Coaches Retreat in Tennessee. Y'all her story moved me to tears when I heard it and I knew in my heart that her story must be told. With time and healing, she learned that food is not her friend and that she needed to change not only the way she thought about food but also how she approached it.
