Dr. Tovar is an internationally known speaker with the lasting purpose of transforming lives and helping them achieve their optimal potential. She is a practicing Doctor of Chiropractic in Miami since starting her office in 2000. She loves to educate families on how they can live the happiest and healthiest version of themselves. In 2014, Dr. Tovar, developed a program called “Get Naked Series”, aimed at educating and facilitating the cleansing of emotional subluxations that can get in the way of thriving in life. She has led workshops on this topic with many audiences including a focus on helping women learn from their experiences to find their inner strength. She is also the Vice President of ChiroMission and has been serving and facilitating missions in several countries to help the less fortunate during the past 10 years. That being said, she feels her most important accomplishment in life is in her active role raising her two amazing teenagers and prides herself on living a well-balanced family life while helping others strive for a higher standard of being.
