Dr. Rebecca Rizk started her journey in the health field when she was accepted into the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic college while in her 3rd year of her bachelor’s in human kinetics at the University of Ottawa. She completed four years of rigorous study and graduated as a Doctor of Chiropractic in 2018. During her time she was thoroughly trained in soft tissue therapy, spinal and extremity mobilization/manipulation, and rehabilitation. Her passion to help others thrive is what led her to the profession. She believes in a holistic and multidisciplinary approach to patient care. Her interest in health and fitness began at a very young age where she played competitive hockey in Canada. Her ultimate purpose is to help patients improve their quality of life through conservative care without the use of drugs and surgery. She strives to remain current in the research and chiropractic techniques. She values educating and building trustworthy relationships with her patients.
