It would  be safe to say that all of us are in search of a good life. Now, as to how we define ‘good’  may differ from one person to another. For this search, some of us resort to religion, others to esoteric practices like meditation and yoga, and there are those who consult philosophy. Among the many schools of thoughts in philosophy, stoicism seems to gain prominence in recent time because of its practical and no-nonsense point. In this episode, the trio tried to brush up on their college course in philosophy and shared with the class few essential tips from the Stoics.
