Episode 13: Athletic advantage

Do transgender women retain an athletic advantage over their cisgender counterparts following transition and, maybe, does it matter? If the competetive line we draw is always arbitrary, maybe the question here is about the level of arbitrariness we're willing to accept. So... where do we draw the line?
