From that moment on, I knew I never wanted to be dependent on a job, recognizing that they come and go."Speaking to the importance of investing in client education Phil highlighted an early customer experience, "I’ll never forget one of our early conversations with a large commercial real estate manager where we set up a meeting, explained how we could add value and reduce their electricity bill, and by the end, she stood up and thanked us for educating her in a manner that helped her better do her job.
