New opportunities are opening to mine coal and drill for oil despite the fact that the costs for fossil fuels continue to rise in real terms--and in terms of our health and environment. The markets ultimately drive investments, and while regulatory rollbacks and continued subsidies for fossil fuel may slow it down, our guests are certain the energy revolution is coming.
