Brock Dolman is a conservation biologist and permaculture teacher who coined the phrase "Slow it, sink it, spread it" and helped co-found the Occidental Arts and Ecology Center and the Water Institute https://oaec.org/our-work/projects-and-partnerships/water-institute/His organizations work helped bring back the beaver in California, and has helped communties restore the water cycle in their neighborhoods.
