Claire Foy is Head of Learning & Professional Development at Coutts, and also a fellow student on the Barefoot ICF accredited Post Graduate Certificate in Business and Personal Coaching.In this podcast we both reflect on week 1 on the course, what we learned and discovered, and our hopes and aspirations for the future.Claire was brought up in the Caribbean, she is happiest living a simple life, walking barefoot. But in her mid 20s she was encouraged to seek out a 'career', and ended up applying for a role at Coutts in the Cayman Islands where she lived. Fast forward to today and she leads a team of internal coaches based in the City in London, who are helping senior leaders at the bank create 'Time to Think' - based on the principles of Nancy Kline.Claire believes humans 'leak the truth' so it is important to listen carefully to one another, and to believe the answer lies within them.
