Founder, lead instructor and curriculum writer at the Earth-Based Institute he’s dedicated his life to exploring the connection between nature and coaching for over 25-years. The International Coach Federation (ICF) certified Nature-Connected Coaching programme has supported hundreds of students become Nature-Connected Coaches, Nature-Connected Leaders, and Transformational Wilderness Guides. Our dialogue traces his roots from childhood memories in Concord, Massachusetts influenced by Henry David Thoreau and Ralph Waldo Emerson; then mentorship under Tom Brown Jnr and Jon Young.
