Earlier in his career, Justin served in various roles at Auntie Anne’s, Inc. where he learned the ins and outs of franchising. Since 2009 he has been a co-owner of Soccer Shots Franchising, along with two college teammates. In December 2021, Susquehanna Private Capital invested in Soccer Shots and SYB was created. In October 2022, SYB acquired Little Kickers, a multi-national franchise system. Justin resides in Lancaster, PA with Sally, his wife of 26 years. They have three children – Ethan, Annika and Caden.
