On the face of it, our business and personal lives seem to be heading for a state of nirvana. However, behind the scenes at many organizations, leadership is struggling to cope with one major issue. A lack of digital skills. And this skills gap is only increasing, the bureau of labor statistics indicates that over the next decade the US will need as many as 100,000 new IT workers, however only around 60,000 relevantly skilled workers enter the workforce each year.
