This week we review - Parks & Recreation (Series 3 Episode 1) Parks and Recreation is an American political satire sitcom television series created by Greg Daniels and Michael Schur. It stars Amy Poehler as Leslie Knope, a perky, mid-level bureaucrat in the Parks Department of Pawnee, a fictional town in Indiana.
