In this episode with us, Rahul Sen. Rahul is head of UX & Research at Volvo Cars Labs. Together with his team, he focuses on future innovation, thinking outside the box to invent desirable products that don’t exist yet. Previously, he worked as a Design Manager at Spotify. Also as past job experiences, he was  Experience Design Director at R/GA in New York, focusing on various Nike projects such as Commerce, Brand, and Nike+. He uses his background in theater and architecture to create engaging and enjoyable relationships between people and products. Rahul has worked for several global brands, including Microsoft, Nokia, and Spotify, across countries such as the USA, India, Sweden, France, and Germany. He is dedicated to developing delightful products and ensuring that the design process is enjoyable for his colleagues, and he is also known for his playful and humorous personality. I can confirm that for sure, my encounter with Rahul in Design Matters Mexico was an incredible experience of learning and looking at the design in a more kindly way.
