The Company's Brazilian assets and operations are held by its subsidiary, Mineracao Serras do Oeste Ltda. (MSOL). The Company's subsidiaries include Mineracao Turmalina Ltda. (MTL) and Mineracao Chega Tudo Ltda. (MCT).
