How to Stop Facebook & Instagram From Using Your Data To Train AI

Facebook and Instagram have vast troves of your data that they are using to train their AI and third-party AI. However, the company now allows you to opt out of your data being used to train AI by third parties. Thanks to the “Generative AI Data Subject Rights" form, you can opt-out and deny them access, download, correct, or delete any personal information used for generative AI. The problem is, that the form is hard to find. Check ou this video that will allow you to find the form and change other settings to protect your privacy.
