Liz Hill is the Associate Director at the University of Colorado Boulder Ombuds Office, where she has been championing conflict management since 2016. With 17 years of experience as an ombuds, Liz is an attorney, trained mediator, and certified organizational ombudsman practitioner (CO-OP®). She brings a wealth of experience from her previous roles as a Hotel & Restaurant Manager, Arizona Assistant Attorney General, Assistant Ombudsman for the State of Arizona, and Organizational Ombudsman for Apollo Education Group. Liz currently serves as Chair-Elect of the American Bar Association Section of Dispute Resolution and Chair of the International Ombuds Association's CO-OP® Communications Committee. She also co-founded Ombuzz, a blog on workplace conflict resolution, and OmbudsLinked, a LinkedIn group for ombuds professionals.
