Katie started her career in marketing and PR at Discovery Park of America in Union City, where she managed the website and social media pages for the museum before being named marketing director. After seven years at Discovery Park, Katie accepted the PR and Marketing Director position at Dynamix Physical Therapy in Milan, Tenn., where she promoted and advertised the company’s services and helped open five new clinics. In May of 2023, Katie accepted the position as executive director for Main Street Union City, a nonprofit organization with the mission to revitalize, enhance and preserve the downtown district of Union City. Katie is married to her husband, Ben, and they live in Union City. Conflict Managed is produced by Third Party Workplace Conflict Restoration Services and hosted by Merry Brown.
