He also leads the nonprofit entrepreneur center The Mill Workspace in Dyersburg, TN. His work with The Mill revolves around helping businesses start and grow across all nine counties of Northwest Tennessee. He and his wife and business partner, Joanna, have two children and live in Dyer County.
