Although young people will have to deal with the ramifications of a damaged climate for longer than anyone else, we rarely get to be involved when decisions are being made about how to deal with it! These four young women from across the globe are working to change that. We sit down with Veena Balakrishnan, Heeta Lakhani, Marie-Claire Graf, and Sophie Daud who have launched the Youth Negotiator Academy! They train young people around the globe to become youth representatives for their nations at global events like COP, and to be effective negotiators once they've gotten a seat at the table.
