He holds a Master's of Computer Science from the University of Cambridge and worked for NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory for 16 years. But today actually spends his time as an author, futurist and business coach focusing on assisting clients through exponential change. He has appeared on radio, TV and podcasts, in addition to giving a TEDx talk.
