Amanda Abbott joined me as I recreated the Prancing Pony’s famous Trewsdale special. My interpretation of this welcoming meal was a hearty mushroom soup, paired with freshly baked soda bread, and cold cuts. No meal from the Prancing Pony would be complete without sharing a pint with a friend, so we got ourselves a couple of those too.
