Cynthia Tice, Founder of Lily’s Sweets, Discusses Giving Up Sugar, Optimal Eating and Integrating Philanthropy and Business

On this episode Cynthia takes us through her own journey with food and how she was a pioneer in the natural foods business with her own Philadelphia market in the late 1970’s. In the early 2000’s she kicked sugar for good but of course her love of chocolate made that difficult.
