In the heart of the Mushroom Kingdom… a celebration turns to chaos! The peaceful town of Shellville basks in the glow of simpler days, but peace is shattered with the thunder of engines—the arrival of a notorious racing organization hell-bent on paving paradise into their personal track. Now, fate calls upon three unlikely champions: Robert Bomber, bold and brash; Aaron Tula, steady as the finish line; and Private Toad, loyal to the last lap.
