Breaking Free - Tips to get Unstuck and Move Forward

In this episode I share how I got unstuck. I am smiling as I record this, and not just because the sun has finally decided to show its face! I am genuinely excited because, at last, I no longer feel stuck, frustrated, and blighted by indecision. For years I struggled to transform my ideas and dreams into reality. I would spend copious amounts of time planning and scribbling down my plans in journals but it was always such a struggle to implement and execute them. I would spend way too much time in my head, second-guessing myself and allowing self-doubt to sabotage my efforts. STUCKSVILLE Let’s face it, we will all experience some form of stuckness at certain times in our lives. Your reason for why you may feel stuck will be different to mine, but the feeling is very much the same. It doesn’t feel good, does it?
