I met Retimana a couple years back when he came to get some moko done. Over those couple of days. I learnt alot about his journey and his business prowess. One of the most valuable lessons I learnt from him was the power of asking questions and to never be afraid to say you don't know something. This way you get quick tips and answers in order to move forward in your business. Another valuable lesson he taught me was creating great systems and processes so when it comes time to hand off tasks, the people you're handing them off to have a roadmap to follow.
