Role models, learning to say no, being an introvert and confrontation | what I've learnt so far

This episode is about my experiences and what I've learnt about myself and the way I navigate life. I've recently been coming to realise my value more and more and the importance of time in regards to that value. I'm an introvert and have learnt to be an extrovert at certain times depending if it's appropriate or I feel brave enough to do so.
