The TikTok Suitcase Murders

It seems as if there is no shortage of trends and viral videos coming out of TikTok nowadays. From cute dog videos to skateboarders drinking cranberry juice to dance crazes, TikTok has it all. While most of what goes viral from the Gen Z app is simple, joyful, or comedic, the viral video that started this case is anything but. What began as a few teens having fun recording a video this summer, ended with a horrible, shocking discovery on a Seattle beach.
