Does Notebook Reveal Brian Laundrie Confesses to Gabby Petito Murder?

The FBI report on the death of Gabby Petito concludes that Brian Laundrie killed Petito while the pair were on a cross-country van trip. The report also states that Laundrie confesses to the murder in a hand written notebook, found near the remains of Laundrie's body.
