Actress and businesswoman Gwyneth Paltrow has been sued by Terry Sanderson, a 76-year-old retired optometrist. Sanderson accuses Paltrow of crashing into him on a green ski slope. Green slopes are the beginner courses. Many call them bunny slopes. Paltrow was skiing with her children. Sanderson says the collision caused him lasting injuries and brain damage. Sanderson also claims Paltrow and her ski instructor left without getting him medical care. Paltrow has filed a countersuit claiming that Sanderson skied into her. The pair have been waiting seven years for their day in court. Nancy Grace sits down with entertainment attorney Darryl Cohen to discuss the high-profile ski collision trial.
