Creswell killed Katie then staged her death as a suicide - 10 years after he had viciously beaten another young woman.Nicola speaks to journalist Tanya Fowles about Minister Naomi Long’s decision to ‘identify learning’ from the case and investigate why Creswell was not the subject of a risk management plan at the time of Katie’s death.
