Trump Issues Warning as Rebels Topple Syrian Regime

The Arab Spring may be making a return. A rebel uprising in Syria has now officially toppled the Assad regime. The country became a key focus of the uprisings in 2011 where people were overthrowing dictators in the region, but ended in Syria mainly through Russian intervention. And now, with a power vacuum taking place, as Russian and Iranian forces are pulled into their own conflicts, it appears those revolts are back. Despite this, President-elect Donald Trump is also issuing a warning to the United States to not intervene, suggesting this is not America’s conflict.
