Eliminating Distractions And Getting Focused On Growth With Matt Glascott

Hello everybody and welcome to this week's episode of the Crushing It In Construction podcast. My name's Jordan Skinner, I'm your host  and this week I'm chatting with Matthew Glascott from Glasscott Landscape and Civil. Matt has an extremely interesting story because while he was building a hugely successful landscaping company he was also venturing out into other businesses like development, labor hire, and even e-commerce. But even though he really enjoyed these other ventures and learnt a lot, ultimately, they were just distractions from the work that he was most passionate about, which was landscape construction. Once he was aware that these other things were just distractions he focused his attention back on the landscaping industry and has since grown Glascott Civil to over 200 people across multiple locations.
