I'm your host Jordan Skinner, and this week I'm chatting with Gerry Doyle from Tonkin Engineering.  Now, right out of the gate, I'd just like to thank Gerry for his patience when recording this episode, because we had to actually record the entire thing twice due to some technical issues. I'm really glad we did manage to get this episode recorded because we speak about an extremely important topic, which is mental health within the construction industry. Gerry was open and honest enough to talk about his own battles with depression and he also shared with us his views on how dealing with depression himself has actually shaped the way that he runs Tonkin as a company today.
