Gaining Buy In From Employees By Giving Them A Why With Michael Hatton

Hello Everybody and welcome back to the Crushing It In Construction Podcast. This week I'm speaking with Michael Hatton. Michael is the founder and managing director of Total Surveying Solutions based in Sydney. Michael is a really interesting guy and in this episode we talk about his career. We also talk about some of the struggles that he faced in the beginning, trying to get the business off the ground and how he  managed to get buy-in from his employees in those early stages and then eventually how he transitioned to getting those employees to buy into the bigger picture of the company so that he could eventually get more of a management structure in place and eventually become a director and sort of step back from the day-to-day running of the business.
