My name is Jordan Skinner, I am your host, and this week I am chatting with Michelle Blicavs from the Association Of Consulting Surveyors. Michelle is the CEO of the association and in this episode we talk about how effectively telling your company's story can really help to attract and retain more high quality talent. This is a topic I'm very passionate about, which isn't surprising considering what my company does. But I truly love this industry and at the minute we have people leaving in droves.  I believe we need to do a lot more to attract people to our companies, we need to do a lot more to retain people at our companies and the natural byproduct of being able to do this will just be an overall boost in interest in our industry.
