When I dropped the episode about taking care of yourself through trauma, it did so well, that I wanted to dive deeper into it. I want you to know that you are fully supported and valued and I also wanted to have the conversation around being a better ally to the people in our lives that are working through trauma. I chose to have Brooke to come on this episode because 1, she is an incredible wealth of knowledge and 2 because she supported me as I went through and worked though a few years of trauma.
