Are You Judging Others or Are You Judging Yourself?

Hi There. We're back on track with weekly Wednesday episodes. This episode is one that I could listen to time and time again to remind myself that when I judge others, I'm judging myself. I'm showing the world how I see the world and how I think others look at me. Not sure if there are people who read this, but if you're here reading this, I'm thankful to y'all. Lately, I've been finding it a little harder to find the things I want to talk about. Most of the episodes I make are things I want to hear myself but at some point, I realized that I do not know what else I need to hear. It's not that I have a lack of problems in my life, but I'm slowly easing into my life with more confidence in myself.
