Swami Vivekananda quote on self development and growth

Swami Vivekananda said "You have to grow from the inside out. None can teach you, none can make you spiritual. There is no other teacher but your own soul." Here Swami Vivekananda is shaking us to wake us up from a deep slumber. Many of us are stuck in an illusion that someone or something from the outer world will help us grow, help us develop, help us become more and more spiritual. But here Swami presses the right button, that no one, but only your soul can be your guiding light. Here there is no space for any 'if' or 'but'. Vivekananda's words are spot on and precise that only you can be your guiding light.
