Membership business models are on the rise, that's no surprise because memberships rock. But so many people launch a membership site, and it starts off great, but their retention rates start to drop. We do not want that! Or worst still they are not tracking the retention rates so they actually don't know. And before they know it, they're operating at a loss. This is when people tend to give up, and forget the membership model, not on our watch.
