Today, Courtney and Sarah unpacked one of the prevailing afflictions in the ballet world today: comparison. They shared their earliest memories with comparison in dance, how it can lead to distorted constructive criticism, and how it shows up in adulthood. They also shared some quick tips and resources that help them combat it.
