Data Driven F1

Facts: Monza

25 Nov 2020

Description

The Autodromo Nazionale di Monza, originally built in 1922 is traditionally one of the F1 seasons’ highlights. Ganna Pogrebna and Patrick Henz use analytics and F1 data from 1950 to 2020 in order to determine the most successful driver and constructor (team) in the history of Monza Formula 1. They also discuss some cool stories about the track, like, for example, the forgotten “Race of Two Worlds”. Patrick also demonstrates what it is like to drive around the circuit of Monza! What is your bet? Was Ferrari the most successful team at Monza?
