Frank successfully built an industry-leading company that created 3 liquidity events for shareholders and employees - first through a sale to Liberty Media/QVC in 2006, second via public offering in 2016 (Nasdaq:CHUBK), and through a take-private sale of the company to GTCR and Sycamore Partners for $1.1 billion in 2018.
