The company has raised over $70 million from Omers Ventures, BDC Venture Capital, Foundation Capital, Real Ventures, Telus Ventures, and RBC Venture Partners to name a few. Prior to this, Michael Serbinis founded DocSpace (acquired by Critical Path) and Kobo (acquired by Rakuten).
