This was a tough episode to record. I’ve been waiting to get clear about the lesson of this difficult life phase and it simply hasn’t happened yet. Rather than to bypass the uncomfortable, I am trying to be in the present, now and exploring stillness between an old life and a new one. As always here are some prompts to be mindful of: In what ways can I surrender in the lesson that I’m learning, this season? When I look at how I’m nourishing my body, mind and soul, how can I make it more nourishing? What skill or lesson may I be avoiding to learn, when I rush through this season/phase of my life?
