Childhood trauma can lead you into some very dysfunctional adult relationships because when you don’t believe you are worthy of real love and care, you accept abuse. When you have never been taught to connect to emotions or gut feelings, you can’t see the manipulation or how bright the red flags are. In Part two, Susannah is explaining how low it got for her as she was relentlessly stalked by her ex partner. She describes the realisation that this toxicity has been running through her ancestral line for decades and that true healing is about making real change, and wearing that cycle breaker crown.
