How do you reach out to a friend who is struggling?It takes just ONE person to make a difference.  ONE person to connect, understand, offer kindness, care and love.When Amanda was 16 she was already at rock bottom. She had grown up in a home where she was abandoned by her mother and physically abused by her step-father. She had been suicidal and self-harming. She was taking drugs and alcohol and had run away from home.
