I ran my first half marathon postpartum! I recorded part of the episode before my race and I shared all the feelings and concerns I was having before my race. I go through my running journey after about 8 weeks postpartum up until race day. Then after my race I recorded a second part on how the half marathon went. I share about my carb load the day before and getting to start line and how I was feeling about being there. I talk through mile by mile how I was feeling and how I talked back to my self talk. Running doesn’t ruin metabolism… but under-eating does!!
