Dr. Andrea Rapkin (Professor of OB-GYN, UCLA) on PMS

In this episode we dicuss premenstrual syndrome (PMS) and premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD) with Dr. Andrea Rapkin. Dr. Rapkin is a board-certified member and fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. Currently, she serves as a Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at UCLA, in addition to directing the UCLA Pelvic Pain Clinic. In our conversation with Dr. Rapkin, we've dive into what PMS and PMDD are, how they occur in a menstrual cycle, and their primary and less known symptoms. We've examine the average experience and the variance among women.
