Chapter 1: Who is Lamont Jones and what is his connection to Dauphin County Prison?
For over three decades, Lamont Jones's life has been consumed by one particular building in Dauphin County, Pennsylvania. From the outside, it seems harmless. It's one story in beige, just down the street from the Pizza Hut. It looks kind of like an elementary school or a public library. But inside? It's something else entirely. It was brutal. It was brutal.
Chapter 2: What are the conditions inside Dauphin County Prison?
The rats are the size of a book bag. There's cockroaches two inches, three inches long in that joint. And I can tell you what, when he was walking me down the steps to that basement, I was walking into a torture chamber.
Chapter 3: What secrets and abuses occurred within the prison walls?
Period. A lot of what happened here was a secret. Something that people in power tried to hide. They would pick and choose when they turned their cameras on when they were beating the hell out of somebody. We can talk about that as well. I knew I was going to die in there. I could feel it. And I was like, you got to get me out of here. Lamont got out.
Chapter 4: Why does Lamont Jones return to Dauphin County Prison?
But when his young cousin dies in that same building, he'll have to go back to expose it all.
You couldn't tell someone that's done time there that these things weren't happening. This is serious. This is family. And I want to know what happened. So many people are passing away here.
And soon, an entire community rose up to demand the truth.
When we confront you, the first thing you do is deny. I'm like, either you're naive or you're just a part of covering this up. Shame on every single person responsible for the death of so many people inside of this building.
